A camera nest box or a live wildlife camera makes a valuable addition to
any school's resources. It can enhance an outside classroom and
bring the "outside" inside for the whole school. The pictures of birds and animals
nesting, rearing their young and feeding, or just going about their
normal business are a valuable resource that
can be used to engage young people at any stage of the curriculum. They can be used in
projects relating to the environment, biology, technology, art and the
natural world.
By broadcasting the pictures on the
school's network, the camera nest box images can be viewed on computers, projectors
and interactive white boards
throughout the school, and the same resources can be used by different
groups for different projects at the same time. Put the live
pictures on the school web site to enthuse your pupils or students out of school as well as in the classroom, and enhance your
school's environmental credentials with the wider community.
Enjoy Birds More provides the leading
camera nest boxes and wildlife cameras, all designed by engineers and naturalists with
the education user in mind, and offering remarkable value for money.
Our products include the world's most
energy efficient wireless camera nest box, which can be run using our
solar panels or wind generators, and our network server, which links the
images onto the school's network.

trailing cables inside the classroom or outside the school.
Reduces the chance of vandalism outside. Powered by battery or
mains.

View on PC, Projector, Whiteboard or TV - Our camera nest
boxes and cameras can connect to
an individual PC, projector, laptop or TV or connect via the school network
to all the networked computers, projectors and interactive whiteboards throughout
the school.
-
Fun to use - With wonderful colour pictures, the attraction
of a "secret" view of wildlife can engage and excite pupils of all
ages and outlooks (not to mention their teachers).
-
Batteries can last months - with our own British (patent
pending) technology.
-
Environmentally friendly - Our products are carefully and
responsibly manufactured, and in use have a lower carbon footprint
than any competitor. The range includes solar panels and
wind generators, which can enhance the educational value.

represent a versatile curriculum resource which can make a rounded
contribution to the school.

- September 2008: Increase in performance and PRICE
REDUCTION on our Rechargeable
High Capacity Battery Set. We have
improved the amount of charge these batteries hold to
a staggering 10,000 mAh (previously they were 7,000
mAh, which we thought was good!). Why not run
your school's camera nest box or wildlife camera on
rechargeable batteries, and do your bit to help save
the planet, while saving on cost? In the long
term, these
rechargeable batteries work out at least 22 times more
economical than throwaway batteries.

Server launched. This is what many
schools told us they wanted. With this small

computer, interactive whiteboard etc connected to the

camera or wildlife camera, and work with the
images. With the right security settings, the
images can be shown on the school's web site and if
you choose to, viewed from the Internet.
